Step 1: Kit Registration
Upon receipt of a CDI breath test kit, patients have two easy methods to register:
- QR Code Scan: Patients can quickly scan the QR code provided inside the kit, leading them directly to the registration page with prefilled kit information.
- Online Registration: Patients can visit mygigateway.commdx.com/register-kit and enter the unique code in their kit.
Step 2: Sample Collection Guidance
Once the kit is registered, patients are instructed to follow the provided Instructions for Use closely to collect their breath samples accurately. This registration step activates support from CDI, ensuring patients can easily reach out for guidance. Thus, sample collection errors are minimized, and samples are returned to our lab without delay.
Step 3: Notification of Results
CDI will notify patients when their test results have been analyzed and sent to you, their healthcare provider. This efficient communication encourages patients to promptly schedule a follow-up visit to discuss their results and any necessary treatment plans.
